Contract Signing & Advance Payment
Both Parties: Sign a formal technical service and product sales contract based on the confirmed scheme and quotation, specifying the rights and obligations of both parties, technical standards, payment milestones, delivery date, and acceptance criteria.
Client: Pays the advance payment in accordance with the contract terms. Once the payment is received, the project is officially launched and enters the execution phase.
Technical Refinement & Production Preparation
Our Team: Conducts detailed construction drawing design (issues detailed drawings/processing drawings) and submits them to the client for countersignature and confirmation to ensure "consistency between drawings and physical products". Meanwhile, purchases raw materials that meet standard requirements and arranges production schedules.
Client: Gives final confirmation on the construction drawings. This link is crucial to avoid subsequent changes.
Phase 3: Lean Manufacturing & Quality Control (Project Core)
Lean Production & In-Process Inspection
Our Team: Carries out full-process processing (including blanking, assembly, welding, straightening, shot blasting derusting, spraying, etc.) on modern production lines in accordance with the confirmed drawings.
Quality Control: Implements a three-level quality inspection system ("self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection"), conducts full-process quality monitoring on raw materials, key processes (e.g., welding flaw detection), semi-finished products, and finished products, and can provide photo/video feedback of key manufacturing nodes at the client's request.
Phase 4: Efficient Delivery & Professional Services (Project Delivery)
Professional Packaging & Safe Transportation
Our Team: Adopts customized packaging solutions (e.g., steel frame fixation, rust protection) for finished products to ensure transportation safety. Relying on long-term cooperative professional logistics teams, we plan the optimal route to ensure products are delivered to the designated construction site intact and on time, and provide waybill tracking information.
On-Site Cooperation & Installation Guidance (Value-Added Service)
Our Team: Can dispatch technical personnel to provide on-site installation guidance and technical disclosure according to the client's needs, ensuring the smooth installation and use of products. (Note: This item can be an optional service as agreed in the contract.)
Phase 5: Continuous Improvement & After-Sales Support (Long-Term Cooperation)
Project Acceptance & Data Filing
Both Parties: Cooperate to complete the acceptance of delivered products or the final acceptance of the project.
Our Team: Delivers a complete set of project documents (e.g., material certificates, qualification certificates, inspection reports, as-built drawings, etc.).
