• Product Information and Case Presentation: Provide steel structure product manuals, 3D models, successful project cases (such as real photos of overseas factory projects), explain advantages such as anti-corrosion treatment (galvanization, coating) and installation convenience, helping customers clarify their needs.

• Market and Policy Support: Analyze the tariff policies and import qualification requirements of the customer's country, assist in evaluating transportation costs (such as consolidated shipments, full container transport solutions), and provide compliance suggestions (such as CE certification, ISO system documents).

• Order Follow-up and Production Coordination: Provide real-time feedback on production progress (time nodes for steel procurement, cutting welding, painting processes), offer production photos or videos, ensuring delivery meets contract requirements.
